Location – Ramseyer Training Centre (Abetifi-Kwahu)
The Highest habitable Point in Ghana, (about 700 meters or 2,080 feet above sea level). Ramseyer Training Centre is located at Kwahu Abetifi in the Eastern Region of Ghana. It’s about 15 km away from Nkawkaw.

SELF DRIVE
- From Accra – Use the Nkawkaw to Kumasi Road through the Nkawkaw Township, maintain the right stretch on the traffic light to climb up the mountains.
- From Kumasi – Use the Kumasi to Nkawkaw road, take the left turn at the DVLA/ Fire Service Station to climb up to the mountain.
After the Turn – Drive up to the peak of the mountain and take the right turn at the T- Junction. Head towards Mpraeso, take the left turn at the roundabout at Mpraeso and head towards Abetifi.
At Abetifi, take the immediate right turn at the roundabout and head towards the Ramseyer Church – Turn right just after the church junction. The road leads straight to Ramseyer Training Centre.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You could also come by Commercial Van. Simply pick a Public Vehicle, heading towards Nkawkaw either from Kumasi or Accra.
At Nkawkaw station join a taxi to Abetifi or Pepease. It’s about 30 minutes’ drive from the Nkawkaw Township. Inform the driver to alight you at Ramseyer Centre. It’s about a minute walk.
